Personal Details

 

When visitors complete a form on our site, any of the data may be collected for contact purposes.

We will use this information to send you information about subjects within the interior design industry that you may find of interest. As our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Transaction Data

We accept payments through an integration with our payment gateway, Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. This data is only stored for the purposes of completing transactions for our products and services, and not for marketing purposes. We accept BACS payments, information that we receive will be not limited to your account information such as name, account number, sort code and IBAN number.

 

Comments & Surveys

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
